Retrenchment

The company where I am currently connected is not doing well. Import and export are both down, we dont have stocks to sell. Customers are just here but we are afraid to lose them. I am currently working to import new stocks from Taiwan and hope by June the stocks will be here and everything goes to normal. Until then, some of the employees will be retrenched and the rest will work 4 days in a week. I dont know if this is advisable but we want to try. Any kind of savings we want to have for the company to stay.
